摘要
研究提取柠檬酸用固定床离子交换器树脂层吸胀率、柠檬酸发酵液体积流量与吸附时间、树脂层高度的关系。通过分析,得出树脂吸胀是床层阻力产生的主要原因,并提出改进措施。
This paper studies the relationship between the rate of resin expansion and the absorption of time and the resin layer height, and the relationship between the fermentation liquid flow and the absorption of time and the resin layer height during extracting the citric acid from the fermentation liquid using fixed-bed ion exchanger. Through the analysis, we obtained that the resin expansion is the main reason led to resin bed resistance, and put forward the improving measures.
