摘要
探讨利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对食品中的铝含量测定方法的研究,并应用ICP-AES对不同的消化方法处理的对虾粉(GBW08572)中的铝含量进行测定,同时还研究在利用ICP-AES对食品中铝含量测定时,样品溶液的酸度对测定结果的影响。结果表明,利用ICP-AES对食品中铝的测定方法具有灵敏度高、检测限低、高效、稳定的优点,以超声雾化器作为进样器进行铝含量测定时,此方法的检出限为0.005mg/L,相对标准偏差低于6%;硫酸能够明显提高高蛋白样品(对虾粉)的消解效率;样品的酸度过高会影响测定结果,样品中硫酸含量低于2.5%以下时可得到准确检验数据。
A analytical method for determining aluminum element in food by inductively couple plasma atomic emission spectrometry is discussed, The measur:ing results of aluminum in prawn (GBW 08572) are investigated by using different digestion method, and at the meantime the affection of the amount of acid of the sample solution in determining aluminum element by inductively couple plasma atomic emission s pectrometry are investigated too. The paper shows that the analytical method by ICP-AES has many advantages, such as sensitive, lower limits of detection, effective, stable and etc. By using ultrasonic atomized implement, limits of detection is 0.005 mg/L, RSD is less than 6%. By using vitdol the efficiency of digestion of high protein food (prawn) can been improved. The higher amount of acid of the sample solution results in bad recoveries, when the amount of vitriol in the sample solution is less than 2.5%, we can get exact experimental date.
