附烧含重金属废物所得的水泥中重金属的浸出行为研究 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步研究水泥回转窑处置危险废物过程中重金属的固定特性与环境安全性,对生料和熟料分别进行了浸出试验,并对两者的重金属浸出浓度及浸出率进行了对比。结果表明:7种作为研究对象的重金属在浸出液中的浓度均很低。熟料中各种重金属的固化率均较高并且熟料中重金属的浸出率大大低于生料。因此附烧含重金属废物所得的水泥产品,就重金属指标而言,在实际使用中的环境安全性是有保障的。 Leaching experiment on crude material and clinker was studied for the understanding of heavy metal's characteristics and environment security in the treatment process of hazardous wastes in cement rotary kiln, and leaching concentration and extraction rate were compared. Result indicated heavy metals were leached with very low concentration in seven research subjects, and heavy metals from clinker had a higher immobilized ratio and lower leaching rate than that from the raw material. The security of cement product by the burn of wastes containing heavy metals was guaranteed in the actual application as to heavy metal index.
