公民社会与社会道德教育载体的变迁

The Change of the Carrier of Social Moral Education Against the Background of Civil Society's Development and Improvement

改革开放后中国所实行的一系列经济和政治改革直接促进了公民社会的发育和完善,而伴随着国家与社会的分离与互动,中国的"单位社会"趋于解体,因此原来的依靠单位伦理实体进行社会道德教化的载体必然要随之发生变化。中国蓬勃发展的"第三部门"因其具有的非营利性、志愿性及其弹性组织形式的民主性、平等性等特性能够培育人们的公民意识、互助合作精神和社会公益精神,因而是当前社会道德教育建设的一个新的载体。

A series of economic and political reform conducted in China after its reform and opening - up have directly promoted civil society＇s development and improvement. Yet with the isolation and interacts of the country and the society,China＇ s ＂unit society＂ tends to disintegrate,the carrier of social moral education which relies on the entity of unit ethics will certainly be changed. The third department, which is developing vigorously in China, can cultivate people＇s citizen consciousness and the spirit of cooperation and social service because of its characteristics of nonprofit, voluntariness, democracy, and equality as well as its tlexible organization. So it has become a new carrier of the current society＇ s social moral education.
