摘要
在我国的大学英语界,主体与客体的关系研究越来越深入,以"教师为中心"的教学模式正在被以"学生为中心"的教学理念所取代。新的教学理念下,教师的角色被赋予了新的内涵。教师不再是一直以来担当的管理者和监控者的角色,而是集管理者、监控者、示范者、辅导者、信息提供者于一身的"复合角色"。本文对新时期教师的角色进行了重新定位,同时提出了新旧角色实现顺利对接的途径。
In the field of college English teaching,the study on the relationship of subject and object is going thorough and deep. The concept of teacher - centered teaching is replaced by student - centered teaching. Thus, the role of teacher is endowed with a new meaning. Teachers are not only governors and supervisors but also demonstrators, information givers and guiders. The role is more complex than before. In this essay,I,the writer,definite the role of teacher in the new era and give several ways to successfully transform his traditional role.
