循环张力对关节软骨细胞代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 关节软骨细胞时刻承受张力刺激,张力刺激的强度、频率及作用时间均会对关节软骨细胞的代谢产生影响;循环张力还可拮抗炎性因子白介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α所诱导的关节软骨细胞分泌分解代谢因子。循环张力对IL-1β有拮抗作用,但在没有IL-1β存在的情况下作用并不明显,故学者们以此为突破口开展了循环张力对IL-1β抑制作用机制的研究。虽然目前对循环张力影响关节软骨细胞代谢的研究还很不充分,但足以为骨关节炎的治疗提供依据。
