摘要
我国汽车产业发展初期,实行了"以市场换技术"的发展战略,但是该战略实施至今,中国广大的汽车市场被让出去的同时,却没有真正学到先进技术,自主研发能力也没有形成。而成立仅11年的奇瑞汽车公司却凭借其后发优势,开创了我国"以技术换市场"的新型跨国合作模式,为我国自主汽车品牌走向世界迈出了惊人的一大步,引起了理论界和实践界的广泛关注和讨论。
Intheinitialdevelopingperiodofourcountry' s automobile industry, ithadimplementedthepolicyof "trading- market-for-technology" for a long time, but until now, China has lost a large share of its auto market without actually learning any advanced technology and without forming our independent R&D capacity. However, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., which was established only 11 year ago and had no distinguished advantage, relies on its own efforts to create a new transnational cooperation pattern called "trade-technology-for-market", which has established an astonishing step for Chinese auto brands to enter the world market, and which has attracted a widespread attention and discussion in the fields of theory and practice.
