本文以对称性的观点阐述对称性、手性和旋光性化合物合成的相关性．文中分成三个部分：手性与对称性；手性分子的形成；旋光性化合物的合成途径．
This paper elaborates the interrelation between the symmetry, chirality and the synthesis of the optical rotation compounds in three sections: molecular ymmetry and chirality, the formation of chiral molecules, the synthesis of the optical rotation compounds.
