为了审核当事人提供的山林权属证据,调处林权争议,调处人员必须进行现场勘验,勘验时要特别注意当事人指认有异和争议山场周围的情况.此外还应把证据材料与争议山场联系起来,利用地形图绘制勘验图面资料,并制作现场勘验笔录,为争议调处提供现场证据.

In order to examine and verify the evidences of forest property right provided by disputing parties to reconcile right disputes, mediators must conduct on-the-spot inquisition, paying more much attention to surrounding situation of disputed mountain. In addition, they have to make connection of evidence materials with disputed mountain, do mapping inquisition data with landform map, and take records onthe-spot inquisition. The purpose of doing these is to provide enough evidence for disputes＇ treatment.
