Bottleneck and Measures for Transformation of Achievement in Forestry Science and Technology

林业科技成果转化为现实生产力是一个十分复杂的社会过程,政府的政策导向、资金扶持、成果质量、林农的文化素质和林业整体环境对其均有着重要影响.文章通过分析制约林业科技成果转化的瓶颈,提出了加强政策宣传,加大政府资金投入,面向生产和市场,提高成果质量,建立健全推广机构与网络等促进成果转化的有效措施与对策.

Transformation of achievements in forestry science and technology to actual productivity is a complicated social process, which is much influenced by government policy, fund support, results quality, cultural quality of forestry farmers and forestry general environment. The paper proposes some effective measures for promoting achievements＇ transformation, which refer to enhancing policy propagation, enlarging governmental fund input; production and market-oriented, increasing result quality, improving organizations and networks to promote the transformation.
