摘要
采用FT15型连续式微波松散设备对片烟的松散效果进行了研究,考察了微波松散后片烟的松散率,微波松散前后片烟的结构变化、温度及含水率变化、含水率均匀性、烟叶的感官质量和化学成分变化。结果表明:采用微波松散后,片烟的松散率平均为94.26%;含水率损失约0.5%;与单一的滚筒松散回潮相比,采用微波+滚筒的松散回潮方式处理后片烟的大片率提高约5%,碎片率降低约0.3%;且片烟的含水率均匀性增加;经过微波松散后片烟的感官质量和常规化学成分无明显变化,微波松散不会造成烟叶内在品质的劣变。
The loosening of unpacked strips with FT15 continuous microwave loosening machine was studied, and the loosening rate, changes of structure, temperature, moisture content, moisture uniformity, sensory quality and chemical components of strips before and after microwave loosening were investigated. The results showed that: after microwave loosening, the loosening rate of strips was 94.26% and the moisture content decreased by 0.5% ; comparing with loosening by conditioning cylinder alone, large particle content increased by 5% and fines content decreased by 0.3% in microwave + conditioning cylinder treatment, and moisture uniformity also increased. The sensory quality and routine chemical components of strips changed little after microwave loosening, and there was no negative effect to the quality of tobacco leaf.
