摘要
现有的卷烟自由燃烧速度测定仪结构复杂,操作繁琐,工作效率低,数据传输和管理功能欠缺,为此,采用视觉传感器对燃烧仪进行了改进。新型燃烧仪采用了130万像素的视觉传感器,计时精度可达0.01s;视觉传感器镜头尺寸为4mm,照明光源为LED灯;可采用RJ-45以太网、RS232等方式进行数据通讯。视觉传感器能够自动识别规定的卷烟自由燃烧测试长度(40mm),利用"边界"工具查找记录卷烟燃烧测试起始点和终止点的图像标记,并能够判断卷烟是否熄火。采用视觉传感器燃烧仪与普通燃烧仪分别对3个牌号的卷烟进行了对比试验,结果显示,视觉传感器燃烧仪得到的卷烟自由燃烧平均速度的变异系数更小,性能稳定,标定误差不大于0.2mm,且操作方便,工作效率高,能够打印、查询和保存历史数据。
The existing cigarette free combustion rate meter (CFCRM) is complex in structure, inconvenient in operation, low in efficiency and lacks the functions of data transmission and management. The meter was improved with a visual transducer of 1.3 million pixels, whose timing precision could reach 0. 01 second, the lens size was 4 mm, LED was used as light source. The new meter allowed data communication through RJ-45 Ethernet, RS232. The visual transducer could automatically identify the specified test length (40 mm) of free burning, search the marks of starting point and finish point of the burning test with a border tool, and judge whether the tested cigarette was in burning. A comparative test was conducted between new and old CFCRMs with cigarettes of three brands, and the results showed that: the variation coefficient of average free burning rate obtained by CFCRM with visual transducer was smaller and the meter' s calibration error was no more than 0.2 mm. The CFCRM with visual transducer featured stable performance, convenience of operation, high efficiency and could print, search, and save historical data.
