摘要
分析了卷烟机与滤嘴接装机之间烟支的两种传送方式,应用Pro/E的机构分析模块Pro/Mecha-nism,对放置式烟支传送装置的双系杆行星轮机械手进行了运动分析,包括装配中的干涉情况以及机构运动过程中的位移、速度和加速度等。机械手的运动仿真包括建立运动模型、设置运动环境、进行运动分析和获取分析结果。在产品开发过程中,运用三维设计软件的动态仿真技术,可以减少对物理样机试制、装配的依赖,提高企业的设计效率,降低产品开发成本,缩短产品设计周期。
Two modes of tobacco rod transfer between cigarette maker and filter assembler were analyzed and the movement analysis of dual binder planetary gear manipulator in tobacco rod transfer device was implemented by Pro/Mechanism, a mechanism analysis module in Pro/E, including the interference in assembling and the displacement, velocity and acceleration in mechanism movement. The motion simulation of the manipulator included the establishment of motion model, motion environment setting, movement analysis and access to analysis results. The dynamic simulation of 3 - dimensional design software helps lessen the dependence of product development on pilot plant manufacture and assembling, increase design efficiency, reduce product development cost, and shorten product design period.
