摘要
为解决红花大金元(红大)烘烤难的问题,进行了烘烤工艺的改进试验。结果表明:烘烤起火前在火垄上喷水增加烤房内湿度,并提高起火温度2℃,可以提高烟叶烘烤质量,降低烘烤成本。与常规烘烤工艺相比,中部和上部烟叶均价分别提高0.94元和1.82元,烘烤用时分别减少14h和16h,每千克干烟烘烤用煤分别节约0.29kg和0.34kg。
The curing technique for flue-cured tobacco cv. Honghuadajinyuan was tested. The results showed that： the quality of cured leaf could be improved by spraying water on the flue before curing start to increase humidity in barn and raising the start temperature by 2 ℃ , the flue-curing cost was reduced accordingly. Comparing with conventional curing technique, the average prices of middle and upper leaves cured with new technique increased by 0.94 and 1.82 yuan, respectively, the curing time reduced by 14 and 16 hours, respectively, the coal consumption for curing lkg of dry leaves decreased by 0.29kg and 0.34kg, respectively.
