从产业结构分析看我国新闻纸发展前景

On developmental prospect of China's newsprint based on analysis of industrial structure

每一个产业中都存在五种基本竞争力量,即潜在的进入者、替代品、购买者、供应者、与现有竞争者间的抗衡。这些作用力汇集起来决定了新闻纸产业的最终利润潜力。一个企业要想获得长久的发展,就必须对自身所处的产业环境有一个清醒的认识,进而制定符合自身实际情况的竞争战略,以适应产业发展的需要,或者去影响产业向着有利于自己的方向发展。本文通过对近年来我国新闻纸产业的结构特征和存在问题进行研究总结,对未来新闻纸产业的发展前景进行了预测分析,最后得出结论并提出相应的建议。

There are five basic competitive forces in every industry, i.e. potential incomer, substitute, purchaser, supplier and the counterbalance with the existing competitor. Putting together of all these forces will determine the ultimate gain potential of the newsprint industry. If an enterprise wants to keep sustainable development, it must have a sober understanding of its industrial envelopment and establish competitive strategy in accord with its practical situation in order to meet the needs of the development of the industry or to influence the industry into the direction in favor of its own development. The paper summarizes the characteristics of the structure and the existing problems of China＇s newsprint industry, makes a predictive analysis on the developmental prospect of the newsprint industry, finishes up with a conclusion and advances respective suggestions.
