摘要
用 7.5 mmol/L,pH5.8的磷酸缓冲液浸番茄种子 5 h,能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长.当幼苗在低温胁迫(5℃± 1℃, 48 h)时,磷酸缓冲液能有效地降低相对电导车、减缓MDA的积累,维持较高的TTC还原力和促进脯氨酸积累.表明磷酸缓冲液浸种能提高番茄幼苗对冷害的抗性.
The effect of phosphate buffer on the resistance of tomato seedings to chilling injury was investigated. It was found that soaking with 7. 5 mmol/L at PH5. 8 phosphate buffer in 5 h caused remarkable buds of seeds and growth of seedings.The phosphate buffer can cause reduction of electrolyte leakage effectively from tomato seedings during chilling(5C+-1C)treatment. In the meantime the content of MDA was lower than the control,the reductant activity of TTCwas higher than the control and the accamulation of proline was enhanced. Our results show that the phosphate buffer may explain the resistance of tomato seedings to chilling injury.
