摘要 造纸厂普遍使用清水配制和二次稀释湿部添加剂。以前曾试图用循环水代替清水,但有时效果很差。而且,湿部化学条件不稳定,化学助剂在进料管管壁沉积,导致纸机效率降低。PARETO是一种新的技术方案,采用循环水二次稀释助留剂,可以优化混合和进料效果,使造纸厂大幅度节水节能,并对改善环境具有显著的效果。本文介绍了PARETO在提高纸机效率和改善纸张品质方面的作用以及在节水节能方面的主要优点。 The use of fresh water for wet-end additive preparation and post-dilution is common in the industry. Previous attempts to replace it with circulation water have been proven to be poor in effectiveness in some cases. Furthermore wet end chemistry is instable and chemical additives precipitate in the shell of the pipe may cut down the efficiency of paper machine. PARETO is a novel technology resolution which uses circulation water for post-dilu- tion of retention aids to optimize the effect of mixing and feeding of retention-aid chemicals, allowing paper mills to save water and energy to a great extent with a remarkable effect on the improvement of environment. The paper introduced the function of PARETO in improving paper machine efficiency and paper quality as well as its major advantages in water conservation and energy conservation.
