玖龙纸业是1995年开始投资兴建的大型包装用纸外资企业，于2006年3月在香港成功上市。目前已经在东莞、太仓、重庆、天津建立四大造纸基地，并成功收购越南造纸厂的控股权，集团在内蒙古合资成立了木浆生产基地，连同位于四川乐山的特种纸及竹木浆项目，集团正式进入多元化高价值纸品市场，并向国家产业政策鼓励的林浆纸一体化方向发展。

Founded in 1995, Nine Dragons Paper （Holdings） Limited （ND Paper） is a large scale packaging paperboard manufacturer in China and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2006. At present, the Group has four packaging paperboard production bases located in Dongguan, Taicang, Chongqing and Tianjin and has acquired 60% equity interest of a Vietnam paper mill. With the Group＇s pulp production joint venture in Inner Mongolia and the high value specialty paper and pulp （bamboo and wood） production project in Leshan, Sichuan, the Group has diversified into high value paper product market, developing towards the direction of forestry-pulp-paper integration, a policy supported by the government.
