引入一类新的空间概念—标准双序赋范空间，讨论了双序赋范线性空间为标准双序赋范空间的充要条件，证明了标准双序赋范空间中每一个连续线性泛函均能分解为两个单调连续线性泛函之差。

In this paper,we introduce the concept of the normal biorder normed space,and provide some necessary or sufficient conditions under which a normed linear space is normal,and prove the biorder positive decomposition of continuous linear functionals.
