新风胶囊对活动期类风湿关节炎患者血小板参数的影响

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE INFLUENCE OF XINFENGJIAONANG TO BLOOD DISC PARAMETER OF PATIENTS IN ACTIVE STAGE WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

目的:观察新风胶囊对活动期类风湿关节炎患者血小板参数的影响。方法:将54例RA患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例应用新风胶囊,对照组20例应用正清风痛宁缓释片,治疗1个疗程后,观察临床症状、体征、血小板计数(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)及其他实验室指标的变化。结果:活动期RA患者PLT、PCT、MPV均显著高于正常对照组,新风胶囊治疗组在改善症状体征、活动性指标等方面与对照组相似,但在改善脾虚湿盛血瘀症状、症状总积分、血小板参数(PLT、PCT)方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新风胶囊可显著降低活动期RA患者PLT及PCT,且能有效改善RA的关节及全身病变,其作用机制可能与调节细胞因子网络平衡有关。

Objective:To observe the influence of XINFENGJIAONANG(XFJN,a TCM composition)on blood platelet parameters of patients in active stage with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:54 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into two groups,group A(therapy group,34 cases,XFJN used)and group B(control group,20 cases,ZHENGQINGFENGTONGNING extended action tablet for the use).Both of them were cured for a course,and then changes of such items as clinical symptoms,objective signs,blood platelets count(PLT),thrombocytocrit(PCT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)and other laboratory index were observed.Result:For the patients in active stage,index of PLT,PCT and MPV were obviously super to those of group B.On the points of improving symptoms and objective signs,active targets,group A was similar to group B.But on symptoms of damp abundance due to splenic asthenia and stagnation of blood,total inte-grating,PLT and PCT,group A was obviously super to group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:XFJN could significantly depress index of PLT and PCT of patients in active stage with RA and effectively improve joints and general disease of RA.The mechanism of action of it was concerned with adjusting the balance of cytokine network.
