摘要
目的:探讨PTEN在人骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤中表达的生物学意义及其互相关系。方法:选取30例人骨肉瘤标本,以骨软骨瘤为对照,采用免疫组化S-P法,探讨PTEN在人骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤中的阳性表达及其与肿瘤分组、分级的关系。结果:①骨软骨瘤组PTEN阳性表达率为90.0%(9/10),骨肉瘤组阳性表达率为70.0%(21/30),两者染色阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),染色强度比较差异有统计学意义。②骨肉瘤Ⅰ级组阳性表达率为85.7%(6/7),Ⅱ、Ⅲ级组阳性表达率为65.2%(15/23),Ⅱ、Ⅲ级组与Ⅰ级组染色阳性率和染色强度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③骨肉瘤各型间染色结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨肉瘤的发生与PTEN异常表达有关;PTEN不可作为骨肉瘤的恶性分级、增殖的指标。
Objective:To explore the biological significance and the relationships of the PTEN genes in Osteosarcoma tissues(OST)and osteo-chondroma tissues(OCT).Method:30 specimens of human OST were obtained.The control groups were 10 cases OCT.Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to investigate the relationships of these genes in OST and OCT.Result:①In OCT,the positive immunostaining rate of PTEN was 90.0%(9/10).In OST,it was 70.0 %(21/30).Comparing the staining rate,there had no significant differences(P>0.05);on the staining intensity,there had significant differences(P<0.05).②In grade I of OST,the positive immunostaining rate of PTEN was 85.7%(6/7).In grade Ⅱ、Ⅲ of OST,the rate was 65.2 %(15/23).Comparing the positive staining rate and intensity,there had no significant differences(P > 0.05).③ Comparing the staining result of PTEN,there had no significant differences(P > 0.05)among every sort.Conclusion:PTEN cloud play an important role in the genesis of OS.;PTEN could not be a maker of classification and proliferation of OS cells.
