气相色谱法分析氯苯气相水解产物中苯酚含量

Gas Chromatographic Determination of Phenol in the Products of Vapour phase Hydrolysis of Chlorobenzene

采用气相色谱法分析了氯苯气相水解产物中苯酚的含量．实验结果表明，以ＧＤＸ－２０３为固定相，乙醇为溶剂，环己酮为内标，采用内标标准曲线法，在合适的色谱操作条件下，可以得到准确的分析结果．该方法具有样品不必进行前处理，操作简便、快速的特点，可以作为研究过程中间产物分析的方法使用．

This paper presented the research of the gas chromatographic analytical method for the product from the experiment in which phenol prepared from vapour phase hydrolysis of chlorobenzene. The experimented conclusions showed that with GDX-203 used as the stationary phase,ethanol as the solvent and cyclohexanone as the interior standard,the accurate analytical results could be attained by the interior standard curve under the suitable chromatographic conditions.This method made the experiment rapid and easy to operate without sample pretreatment so that it could be used to analyse the intermediate product during the experiment .
