住宅建设是关系到国计民生的大事,强调新时代应具有的人文关怀、力求缩小贫富悬殊,构建和谐的居住建筑是现阶段住房建设的首要问题。本文通过对住宅建设的总体布局、公建配置的完善、单体户型内部的使用空间、节能环保四方面阐述了如何建造具有实用性、持久性、人人都住得起的住宅。

Housing construction is the great event being related to national economy and people＇s livelihood. The top issue on - housing at present stage is that we should show concerns to people in the new era, make every effort to reduce an extreme dispari ty between the rich and the poor, build harmonious residential building. This paper expatiates on how to make housing pragmatic and affordable to every people from four aspects, namely overall layout of housing construction, improving public construction allocation, usable space inside individual apartment, as well as energy conservation and environmental protection.
