浅议建筑结构含钢量问题

近年来随着房地产建筑事业迅速发展,竟争日益激烈,许多房地产商对结构设计含钢筋量提出控制指标。本文从工程结构设计角度出发,分别从建筑结构方案选型、结构计算、施工图设计等方面作出分析,浅谈结构设计中在满足规范要求强调结构抗震概念设计及安全性前提下,在结构计算及施工图设计过程中,对于控制含钢量问题的一些探讨。借此抛砖引玉,共为"建设节约型社会"出点点子。

In order to catch up the rapid development and increasingly strong competition in real estate and construction, many land agents propose standards to control the reinforced--steel content in the structure design. Based on engineering structures, this article analyzes main respects such as construction structure program selecting, structure calculation, building drawing and so on, to discuss the topic of steel content controlling in the structure calculation and building drawing design, and let in satisfy the standard structure shock--resistance design concept.
