Discussion on Foundation Treatment and Utilization of Underground Space for Strait Exhibition Center

根据项目的地质特点和使用功能特点,分析了各种软基处理方式,提出采用预制管桩进行基础处理,并应用板梁体系构建地下空间,既节省工程投资又增加建筑面积,取得良好的社会和经济效益。

Based on the characters of the project geological situation and function requirement, several methods of soft foundation improvement are analyzed and compared, at last the pre--stressed concrete pipe pile is introduced and accepted, then the Utilization of Underground Space is proposed with the application of Plate--beam System, which lead the project to get the best beneficial results.
