摘要
根据158m高钢筋砼烟囱的结构特点和周边环境,采取双向三折控制爆破予以拆除。本文介绍了复杂环境下烟囱的倒塌方向、3个爆破切口的形状、位置及参数的确定,起爆延时的控制,药包布置和安全防护等实施过程及爆后效果。爆破获圆满成功,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The chimney of 158m height in reinforced concrete was demolished by controlled blasting through dividing it into three sections which were apt to collapse in two directions based on the chimney's feature and its surroundings. This paper analyzed the collapse direction, the three blasting cuts in terms of their shapes, locations and parameters, the control of blasting interval, primer location and the measures of safety protection as well as the blasting effect. The blasting saw a very successful result and can be referred by engineering of the kind.
