摘要
本文建立了一种新的高灵敏度测定微量Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的分析方法,对黄浦江水及南京饮用水中微量Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。
A sensitive and accurate method for the determination of Cr (Ⅳ) as well as Cr (Ⅲ) was proposed. Cr (Ⅳ) and Cr (Ⅲ) were determined respectively by adjusting pH and the amounts of reagent. Cr (Ⅵ) was determined in 0.24 mol/L HCl and Cr (Ⅲ) was done in 1.0 mol/L HAc-1.0 mol/L NaAc buffer of pH 5.75 with the addition of 0.8 mol/L KSCK. For both Cr (Ⅵ) and Cr (Ⅲ) the calibration curves are linear in 0.005—0.25 ppm range. The coefficient of variation is 0.9% (n=16) for 0.20 ppm Cr (Ⅵ) and 1.2% (n=11) for 0.20 ppm Cr (Ⅲ). RSD for 0.10—0.20 ppm Cr added in the Huang Pu River Water and the drinking water is 3.0% (n≥6), and the recovery is in the range of 98.1~101.1%.
