摘要 介绍了立达精梳机计算机辅助工艺设计与优化技术目标;并从钳板机构运动、偏心轴参数、给棉罗拉位置、分离罗拉运动参数、牵伸机构与牵神工艺配置、钳板组件及锡林组件的质量优化与平衡设计等方面分析了计算机辅助工艺设计与优化技术的内容。指出:由于精梳机结构复杂、速度高及部件之间的配合精度高,在进行新型精梳机设计时利用计算机辅助工艺设计与优化十分必要。立达精梳机通过优化使车速和产量逐步提高,对短纤维适纺性更好,纺纱质量进一步提高。运用计算机辅助工艺设计技术对各部件的运动配合、部件尺寸进行优化、多方案比较是当代精梳机设计的必然趋势。 Rieter comber computer aided process design technology target were introduced, The design and optimizing contents were analysed including nipper system movement, eccentric axis parameter, supplying cotton roller location, detaching roller movement parameter, drafting system and drafting processing setting, quality optimization and balance design of nipper and cylinder et al. It is pointed out that it is very necessary to use computer aided process design in designing new type comber for its complex structure, higher speed and higher precision demanding of parts coopera- ting. Staple fibre spinnability and yarn quality could be improved through optimizing machine speed and increasing production capability. The present comber designing certain trends are adjusting each parts movement, optimizing each parts size, contrasting each projects through computer aided process design.
