摘要
指出了目前矿井提升机钢丝绳更换工作所存在的问题,设计了一种步进式自动放绳装置,并对步进式自动放绳装置的结构和工作原理作了具体分析。该放绳装置适用范围广,可以在很大程度上提高换绳效率,降低换绳劳动强度和作业难度。
The flaw in the work of changing steel wire rope of mine hoister was indicated and an automatic device of step-by-step falling ropes was designed. The configuration and principle of the automatic device of step-by-step falling ropes were analyzed. The device can be used in steel wire ropes of large-scale diameter, the efficiency of ropes exchanging is raised observably, and the intensity and difficulty of the work of exchanging ropes is reduced.
