摘要 研制了一台新型的扁平型动磁式直线压缩机,该机采用直线振荡电机驱动,具有结构紧凑、效率高等特点。为研究和预测其工作性能,分别基于有限元静态和瞬态分析,建立了静力学与动力学模型,给出了电磁力表达式,对动态特性进行了仿真,为压缩机的优化设计提供了依据。以空气为压缩工质,对压缩机的部分性能进行了测试,指出了影响直线压缩机性能的关键因素。 A new type of flat moving magnet linear compressor was developed. Driven by linear oscillation actuator, the compressor has compact configuration and high efficiency. To study and predict it' s performance, the static and dynamic models were established respectively based on finite element static and transient analysis, the expression of electromagnetic force was deduced, and the simulation of dynamic characteristics was carried out. Parts of the performances were tested using air as working fluid, and some important factors affecting the efficiency of the linear compressor were indicated.
