应用罗拉式棉纤维长度测试新方法测试棉卷与生条中棉纤维长度分布情况。在现有的Y111型罗拉式纤维长度测试仪的基础上,采用了将纤维分组改为1 mm组距进行分组的新测试法。对该新测试法和传统的罗拉式棉纤维长度测试法进行测试对比,并分别将结果用于指导生产,通过测试分析对应的成纱质量,认为新的罗拉式棉纤维长度测试法对成纱质量更有利,纱线的强力、强力CV值、纱线条干CV值得到较明显的提高。

New test method in roll-type cotton fibre length analyser was discussed. The new test method that is grouped at the class intervals of I mm by Y111 roller analyser is adopted. Online test was adopted in both traditional and new test methods and the two methods were applied in practical production. By testing the corresponding yarn qualities it indicates that the new method is much helpful to yarn quality. Finally yarn strength, strength CV, evenness CV could be improved obviously.
