摘要 探讨特细号Tencel大豆蛋白涤纶混纺高密色织物的生产工艺技术要点。经纬向均选用Tencel/大豆蛋白/涤50/33/17 9.8 tex混纺染色纱,针对混纺色纱毛羽多、强力低、易断头等问题,优化了浆料配方和主要浆纱工艺,提出浆纱工序中浆液及烘房温度应偏低掌握,织造工序应适当增加边纱根数、降低上机张力。采取以上工艺技术措施后,织机效率达到85%以上,下机一等品率也由原来的89%提高到92.5%,布面质量达到了FZ/T13007—1996色织棉布优等水平。 Technological key points in producing superfine Tencel soybean protein polyester blended colored fabric with high density were discussed. Both warp and weft were Tencel soybean protein polyester 50/33/17 9. 8 tex blended colored yarn. For the problems of more hairiness, lower strength and breaking-easily, size mixture formula and main sizing processings were optimized. Temperature of sizing and drying chamber should be controlled lower,side ends should be increased and loom tension should be decreased in weaving process. After adopting the above measures, loom efficiency could reach above 85% ,first grade percentage before cloth repairing could be improve from 89% to 92. 5% ,fabric quality could reach FZ/T13007--1996 colored cotton fabric excellent level.
