摘要
介绍了电磁铁及电磁阀的结构及工作原理,建立了基于Ansoft的电磁铁仿真模型和基于AMESim的电磁阀整体仿真模型。通过将电磁铁Ansoft模型分析结果导入AMESim仿真模型中,实现电磁回路、机械部件和液压系统之间耦合,获得比较准确的电磁铁动态特性仿真结果,避免了采用磁路原理计算时存在的问题,提高了电磁铁仿真的精度。
The mechanical configuration and work principle of the solenoid valve were described. The simulation model of the solenoid based on Ansoft and the entire simulation model of the solenoid valve based on AMESim were built. The simulation result of the Ansoft solenoid model was made use of in building the AMESim solenoid valve model. The couple simulation of electromagnetic circuit, mechanical eomponents and hydraulic system was realized, the more precise dynamical characteristic simulation results of the solenoid were obtained.
