摘要
螺纹铣削是一种先进的加工工艺,是一种使用数控机床加工螺纹的方法,它提高了生产效率,保证了螺纹加工的质量。螺纹铣削同样也是一种很好的降低刀具使用成本的新工艺,是代替传统螺纹切削和螺纹挤压的一种有效方式。论述了螺纹铣刀的种类,对螺纹铣刀的主要设计加工问题进行了研究,并对螺纹铣削的加工参数进行了计算。
Thread milling is an advanced processing technology, which is a CNC machining tool using the method of processing thread. It can improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of the thread machining. Thread milling is a new technology that can reduce the cost of tools and is an effect way for replacing thread cutting and thread squeezing. The types of thread cutter were discussed, the main designing and processing problems were studied, and the machining parameter of thread milling was calculated.
