摘要
对某大型起竖设备的起竖过程进行了分析和仿真,对双缸起竖液压回路进行了改进,设计了一种PID控制器,实现了双缸起竖的同步控制。该方法改善了系统的同步特性,也具有较高的精确性和稳定性。
The erecting process of the large erecting device was analysed and simulated, and the hydraulic loop was improved in some parts of the system. A new controller which uses PID control to achieve a way of the synchronization control of two erecting oil cylinder. This method improves the synchronization of the system, which has a better accuracy and stability.
