摘要 针对双喷嘴挡板阀的特性,推导了阀控缸的运动方程,建立了喷挡阀控缸非线性模型,并对其进行了仿真,通过仿真结果得到了系统的压力流量曲线和负载压力随阀芯位移变化的曲线,而以往的分析都是在小范围内近似线性化,这是不精确的。在此基础上,运用非线性控制理论对其进行分析,采用输入-输出的精确线性化对其进行了局部反馈线性化,获得了它的线性化模型,并分析了系统的零动态稳定性,为系统适用线性控制理论奠定了理论基础。 Based on the characteristics of double-nozzle valve, the equation of oil-cylinder was deduced, and a nonlinear model was set up. The curves of the pressure-flux and the pressure with the baffle displacement were obtained. In the past, the pressure-flux was analyze by the linear approximation in a small area which is not exactitude. By using of the non-linear control theory, the local feedback linearization of the system was analyzed by the input-output precision linear, the linear model of the system was got and the zero dynamic stability was studied.
