摘要
介绍了轮式装载机行驶稳定系统,推导出其刚度的数学模型。根据刚度公式编程运算得出装载机满载和空载两种工况下,蓄能器额定容积、蓄能器初始充气压力及动臂举升油缸活塞负载变化对刚度的影响规律,为行驶稳定系统设计打下基础。
The travel stabilizing system of wheel loader was introduced. The mathematical model of the stiffness was educed. According to stiffness expressions, and by means of programmed algorithm, the effect of rated eubage of accumulator and charging pressure and the variation of piston load on stiffness was obtained in full load condition and no load condition.
