硫铁矿烧渣制取炼铁原料的现状及展望

Recent Development and Prospect of Iron-making Material Prepared by Pyrite Cinder

简要介绍了我国硫铁矿烧渣利用现状,综述了我国硫酸渣在制取冶金炼铁原料方面的方法及相关研究进展。利用硫铁矿烧渣制备高品位磁铁矿、生产氧化球团、直接还原制备生铁等是综合利用硫铁矿的有效途径。硫铁矿烧渣制取炼铁原料不仅对于缓解铁矿资源紧缺,原料价格飞涨状况具有实际意义,而且还能缓解化工废料对环境的污染。

Use of pyrite cinder, reviewed methods and recent research progress of iron-making material prepared by pyrite cinder are described in this paper in China. There are many efficient methods to use cinder application, including preparation of high grade magnetite, producing oxidized pellets, being reduced to iron directly and so on. The result of iron-making material prepared by pyrite cinder is not only alleviate the shortage of iron ore resource and restrain the soaring price of material, but also reduce pollution.
