摘要
电能是制盐企业的主要能耗之一,而电能主要又是消耗在水泵的运行上。如何降低水泵能耗,不同的企业可根据自身的特点选择不同方法,但首要任务就要想办法提高水泵的运行效率。通过调整叶轮前后水泵运行参数分析以及不同的流量调节方式下水泵的能耗对比,指出调整水泵叶轮可优化水泵的运行效果、提高效率,变速调节流量比用出口阀门调节流量可以更好的节约能耗,且节能效率与流量变化大小有关。
Electrical power is one of the main energy consumptions in salt making enterprises, mainly consumed by pumps. For the reduction of pump energy- consumption, different enterprises may choose different mehods according to their own characteristics, but the primary task is to try to increase the running efficiency of pump. Through analyzing the running parameters of pump before and after adjusting impeller and comparing the energy consumption of pump with different methods of flowrate regulation, this paper points out that adjustment of pump impeller can optimize the running effect and increase efficiency, speed regulation of flowrate can save more energy than outlet valve regulation of flowrate, and the energy reduction is related to the change of flowrate.
