关于老卤回溶净化处理的方案

针对制盐厂老卤处理问题,提出一种简单又切实可行的方案。该方案能有效降低老卤沉淀泥中盐硝含量,再生一部分卤水,延长老卤池清淤周期,经过卤水净化后延缓设备结垢,既提高了经济效益,又节能环保。

Aiming at the problem of treating purge in salt making plant, a kind of simple and feasible scheme is pointed out. This scheme can reduce the contents of salt and Glauber＇ s salt in the purge sludge, reproduce a part of brine, prolong the period of sludge cleaning in the purge pool. After purifying the brine, the scale on equipments is retarded, it can both increase the economic benefit and reduce energy and protect environment.
