Preliminary Discussion on Boiler Blowdown

中盐皓龙盐化有限责任公司天源分公司的热电系统自投入运行至今只有两年左右,却因为结垢问题造成了多起停炉事故,严重影响了生产,引起此现象的原因主要是锅炉给水水质、锅炉负荷、锅炉排污等因素。本文主要说明了锅炉排污的重要性及排污的分类、排污量的计算和控制。

The thermo-power system of Tianyuan Branch Company of CNSIC Haolong Salt and Chemical Co.,Ltd has been running for just two years since it was put into operation, however, the scaling problems have resulted in boiler shutdown for several times, which seriously influences the normal production. The major causes for this phenomenon are the quality of feed water , boiler duty and boiler blowdown. This paper mainly states the imporatance of boiler blowdown, classification of blowdown, and calculation and control of blowdown amount.
