摘要
利用有限元分析方法,对采用加强筋局部加强含裂纹平板的止裂技术进行了分析研究。通过引入止裂系数f以评价加强筋的止裂效果,考察了止裂系数f的影响因素。结果表明,f与加强筋的位置、宽度以及厚度有关,长度对其影响可以忽略。用五次多项式拟合了位置对f的影响,引入修正因子评价宽度和厚度对f的影响,获得了可用来评估加强筋止裂效果的f估算方法。
Analysis for welded stiffened-strip to a cracked panel was presented by using Finite Element Method. Through the introduction of crack arrest coefficient f, the crack arrest effect was evaluated. Factors which affected the crack arrest coefficient f were focused. The results indicated that f had a relation with location,width,thickness of stiffened-strip,and f was insignificant effect with length. Quintie polynomial fitting was used to show the influence of location on f. Correction factors were introduced to evaluate the influence of width and thickness. Finally the estimation method of crack arrest coefficient which could be used to assess the crack arrest effect was gained for reference.
