摘要
介绍了1000 MW超临界火电机组给水系统及高压加热器系统用WB36钢阀门的研制,分析了WB36钢的材料性能,对WB36钢在超临界火电机组用阀门制造中的技术难题进行了探讨,开发了拥有自主知识产权的制造技术。
The manufacture technology of WB36 steel valve in water supply system for 1000MW ultra supercritical thermal power units and high pressure heating system are presented. The key technology of the ultra-supercritical units was investigated and the capability of WB36-steel was analyzed as well. The problems of valve for the uhra-supercritical units were solved,and domestic manufacture technology was devised.
