不锈钢和钛材在IPA装置中现场挂片腐蚀性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用316L不锈钢、317L不锈钢和Ti材3种材料,在间苯二甲酸(IPA)生产线氧化车间的8个典型位置进行了2 620 h的现场挂片试验,用失重法计算了3种材料在8个位置的腐蚀速率。试验结果表明,高温醋酸溶液中溴离子极大地加剧了316L不锈钢的腐蚀速率;提高不锈钢中Mo和Cr元素的质量分数有助于增强其在高温醋酸中的耐蚀性。 Field corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel, 317L stainless steel, and titanium-alloy were measured. The experiments were carried out in 8 typical sites of isophthalic acid (IPA) production line for 2 620 hours. Corrosion rates of different materials were given through weight loss method. The result showed that bromine can aggravate corrosion for 316L stainless steel,and the elements of Mo and Cr were beneficial to the increasing of corrosion resistant of stainless steel in high temperature acetic acid.
