192例囊肿结节型痤疮的治疗

Combined Therapy for Nodulated and Cystic Acne

目的探索对囊肿结节型痤疮的针刺清创前后配合红外线照射,抗生素冲洗创面加中药面膜和积雪苷涂擦后治疗疗效。方法192例囊肿结节型痤疮患者采用针刺清创前后配合红外线照射疗法,痤疮创面用庆大霉素注射液(2 ml,8×104U)冲洗创面,配合中药面膜,最后外敷积雪苷涂擦。结果所有患者经过一定次数的治疗后,均达到临床治愈。Ⅲ级患者(n=146)平均治疗(7±2.1)次,疗效指数达(96±3.2)%;Ⅳ级患者(n=46)平均治疗(12±3.6)次,疗效指数达(95±4.2)%。随访3个月无复发。结论囊肿结节型痤疮针刺清创前后红外照射,抗生素冲洗创面加中药面膜和积雪苷涂擦治疗效果好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combining near-middle infrared with Chinese traditional medicine on the basis of acupunctured debridement for the treatment of nodulated and cystic acne. Methods One hundred and ninety two cases of nodulated and cystic aene patients were included in this study. After face washing,all patients received infrared ray therapy for 30 mins, then sterilized pinhead was used to puncture the nodules or cysts,the central core of the lesion was extruded out. Gentamicin was injected into the lesion to washing out the debris. Then facial mask with Chinese traditional medicine was applied and infrared ray therapy was used again. The Topical ointment Jixuegan was used finally. All above-mentioned steps were performed for consecutive five to seven days, and then repeated for every 2 to 3 days according to the severity of acne. Results All patients can be cured by combined therapy. The treatment times and cured index were （7±2.1） and （96 ± 3.2） % in grade 3 patients compared with （12±3.6）and （95 ±4.2）% in grade 4 patients. There were no recurrences in three months of follow-up. Conclusion Combining near-middle infrared with Chinese traditional medicine on the basis of acupunctured debridement was worthy of the treatment of nodulated and cystic acne therapeutics.
