摘要
合成了α_乙酰吡啶缩氨基硫脲(HL)与镍(Ⅱ)形成的5个配合物,并通过元素分析;摩尔电导、磁矩的测定和紫外光谱、红外光谱的研究,对其进行了表征.抑菌活性实验表明:[NiL(NCS)]对枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有较强的抑制作用.
Complexes of α_acetylpyridine thiosemicarbazone with NiX 2·nH 2O(X=Cl -,NO - 3,12SO 2- 4,OAC,NCS) are synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis. molar conductivity, magnetic measurement and UV IR spectra. It is found that α_acetylpyridine thiosemicarbazone is tridentate ligand with prridine N, imine N and S as donor atoms. The results of bacteriostatic activity indicate that has high activity aganist Bacillus substills, Staphylococcus and Escherichia Coli.
