食管小细胞癌组织中4.1蛋白家族的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 采用免疫组织化学方法检测食管小细胞癌以及癌旁组织中4.1蛋白家族的4个成员4.1B、4.1R、4.1N、4.1G表达水平。结果发现上述4种蛋白在食管小细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率极低,明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01),且其表达情况与有无淋巴结转移均无相关性。认为4.1蛋白家族表达降低参与食管小细胞癌的发生,但不参与其转移过程。
