This paper states the design idea and the realization ways of the network teaching system of the Circuit Theory based on the web technology , which simply introduces the main functions of this system and gives emphasis to introduce the self-test and exam on web based on ASP. This network teaching system is composed of letter, picture and flash which demonstrates the teaching content lively. Strong dialogue function and operating-facility of the system is more fit to the development need of the Circuit Theory.
