摘要
钛合金单面联接件加工中的难题是其深孔内螺纹加工，作者研制了钛合金攻丝专用丝锥，提出了采用专用丝锥和振动攻丝工艺相结合，优化切削参数加工钛合金深孔内螺纹的方法．
This paper presents the method of how to tap out a small and deep thread in titanium alloys. The technique of tapping in titanium alloys has been found. A new way to combine the tap design with vibratory tapping is studied and the result is satisfied.
