摘要
对单分子计数定量方法的原理、应用及前景进行了评述。在单分子检测的基础上,通过对溶液中检测到的单个分子进行计数,可测定溶液的浓度,这种方法具有灵敏度高、所需样品量少和选择性好的优点。
The principle, application and foreground of counting single molecule was reviewed. Based on single - molecule detection, the sample concentration was determined by the counting of single molecules. The method has the advantage of highly sensitivity, little sample and good selectivity.
